Initial Studio Plans...

As many of you know, I've been looking for The Perfect Space for ~ 3 years now.
We got the Bag O'Keys yesterday.

The address, 17 N 4th Ave, Royersford, PA 19468
It's 2 exits past Phoenixville on 422, and 2 exits before the Limerick Outlets.
And around the corner from where Peter Jackson was filming The Lovely Bones last fall.

Hours will be by appointment for now. And there are walls that will be coming down.
However, I'll be meeting clients there during construction.

Later, I'll go shovel the sidewalk. And take photos.
For now, here's an initial plan.

Lovely Bones, 2

Here's some of the images I'll be getting to Connie at Sweet Ashley's Chocolate.
The Cougar is owned by a nice man who was talking to me on the set. He gave me his card and will get his own copy. A memorable part of this for me was the cars and the fellows who own them. Oh, and the guy who wore a pea coat, like Mike from the Monkeys. He hung out at the top of Main St, was really nice, very social, and is in the Details photo.

The Lovely Bones

Yes. I live in Royersford/Limerick. And Peter Jackson was shooting here the past 2 days.
I was allowed on the set thanks to some wonderful people. Once I'm done editing some other events, I'll put up more pictures of filming here. I did get to see Mark Wahlberg. And his body double. And honestly, I couldn't tell them apart.
And yes. They chose RoFo because of how it looks. Like the 70's.
